Controlled Demolition

This series was inspired by my previous series “Chaos” and “Smoke” and the burning technique I developed for it.

Using the knowledge I gathered creating my two previous series, I took chose the pieces of wood that I thought would make the most interesting patterns once burned. I added a black and white frame to make the burned patterns stand out and the process of burning look more intensional.
